Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you would like shipping insurance on any original work of art please specify this during purchase and it will be added.  additional charges may apply. all original art come with a tracking number.  If you have entered the wrong mailing address during checkout I will not be responsible for recovering lost art.  if possible however I will do my very best to get it to you if its returned to me as undeliverable.
